Theresa (Terri) Speegle-Wilcox, PMP, is a Technical Assistance Consultant at American Institutes for Research (AIR). Her responsibilities include supporting schools and districts in continuous improvement (needs assessments, improvement plan writing, implementation and monitoring), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) through AIR’s Learning Partner work for IL EMPOWER (state system of support network) as well as EWIMS Coaching (Early Warning Intervention Monitoring Systems) data analysis support through the Graduation Ready project. Speegle-Wilcox has also provided AIR Leadership Coaching to administrators in multiple school districts. She has extensive experience in education including school and district administration, professional learning, and facilitating improvement planning based on data analysis. Previously, Speegle-Wilcox was a District Liaison Contractor with the Illinois Center for School Improvement at AIR. She is also a certified CLASS Observer grades K-12.
