Erin Clancy, M.Ed., provides TA to states to support their MTSS implementation. Her current projects include the Utah MTSS (UMTSS) Project and the Delaware Early Literacy Initiative (DELI). Her interests include enhancing Tier 1/universal supports and services, instructional coaching for teachers, and supporting an equitable education system that recognizes and responds to individuality. She has over 15 years of experience supporting and training teachers, establishing MTSS/RTI systems, and working with students in typical classroom settings as well and hospitals and alternative settings. Previously, Clancy was a project coordinator and intervention specialist in a multi-year, multi-site Goal 2 IES funded study focused on developing a professional development and coaching model for secondary content-area and special education teachers.
