Jason Harlacher

Jason Harlacher provides consultation and technical assistance to state departments and school districts on multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). Along with serving as the director for the MTSS Center, he is the co-director for the Wyoming MTSS Center and provides technical assistance with the National Center for Intensive Intervention. He has over 18 years of experience in education, having previously worked as a school psychologist, district-level coach, adjunct professor, and state-level TA provider. He has extensive expertise in classroom management, data-based decision making, intensive intervention, social and emotional learning, and implementation of MTSS. He presents nationally on topics related to MTSS, is a published author, and holds several publications in peer-reviewed journals. He earned his PhD in school psychology from the University of Oregon in 2009.
