Swati Guin, BA, provides oversight and management for the MTSS Center, which includes managing client relationships, developing proposals, and gathering and analyzing data on the Center’s effectiveness. She serves as the initial point of contact for clients and oversees all project budgets and timelines. She also coordinates communication among the Center staff, ensures all Center resources are accessible to a variety of audiences, and manages the day-to-day resources and activities. She has extensive experience in providing project management, research, evaluation and technical assistance support to federal, state, and local clients. Before working with AIR, she served as an AmeriCorps member with City Year San Antonio and supported projects at the Learning Policy Institute and Education Writers Association. She completed her BA in sociology at the American University.
