Ursula Hill, EdD, provides technical assistance, professional learning, and consultation to state departments and school districts for the MTSS Center. Dr. Hill has decades of experience in public education as a special educator and school administrator focused on school improvement. She leverages that experience to support school leaders and leadership teams with establishing systems and practices that address academic and behavioral needs, as her experience in school improvement provides a unique perspective in relating to school leaders. Dr. Hill provides training to build educators’ capacity as it relates to assessing and managing resources, building team structures, and developing schedules for instructional tiers to best meet the needs of their individual schools. She earned her EdD from George Washington University.
