Kyle Allen

Kyle Allen, MA, provides consultation and technical assistance to states, districts, and schools on the implementation of MTSS. For over 15 years, Kyle has been working with educators to implement MTSS in rural, suburban, and inner-city school districts. As a school psychologist, Kyle found his passion was for coaching individuals, teams, and schools to generate systems that allow all students to succeed. Kyle’s passion led him to serve in various administration roles where his impact on student outcomes would have a greater reach. Prior to working at the MTSS Center, Kyle served as the Director of Tiered Supports for Oklahoma City Public Schools. Kyle’s experience and expertise include MTSS implementation at the secondary level, utilizing data to inform decision making, and leveraging tiered supports as a vehicle for equitable outcomes.
