Maggie Trout provides TA and professional development to school districts focused on implementing evidence-based literacy instructional routines and practices in alignment with the Science of Reading. She is passionate about supporting building leadership in establishing systems to support an MTSS framework, training building teams in analyzing data, and coaching teaching staff in data-driven decision making that aims to reduce achievement gaps. Maggie coaches district and school teams in data inquiry cycles following the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles. She is a former literacy coordinator in a partnership district, literacy coach, reading interventionist, and elementary school teacher. Maggie is also Orton Gillingham trained and a former dyslexia tutor.
