Betheny Lyke, Ed. D., a lifelong educator with 20 years of experience, has been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent. Currently, Dr. Lyke is leading the District and School Improvement Center at AIR. She is responsible for collaborating with researchers and practicing peers to create and coordinate the implementation of research and evidence-based structures, tools, and resources that support an aligned system of support for state, district, and school level educational leaders. In addition, she supports services provided for educational institutions focusing on continuous improvement cycles, MTSS, leadership coaching, instructional coaching, professional learning communities and equity in school systems.
