Patti Furlano, MSEd, provides professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance for the MTSS Center. Her over 29 years of work in education includes supporting local, regional, and state efforts. She has extensive experience in data-based decision making, effective teaming, progress monitoring, and high-quality professional learning. Of note, she served as the project lead for AIR’s MTSS Network Learning Community focused on MTSS implementation to support academic and social-emotional success for all students. Previously, she served as an educator, central office leader, and as an Intermediate Service Center project leader, trainer, and coach. She has a masters from Northern Illinois Universality in Instruction and Technology, and she is a graduate of the Learning Forward (National Staff Development Council) Academy XII. She holds certifications from a number of international training organizations.
