AIR provided professional development and technical assistance to state, district, and school leaders in Delaware to build the capacity of personnel to implement an integrated MTSS framework. AIR assisted the Delaware Department of Education with developing MTSS communication tools and resources for the state MTSS website, developing online learning modules, assisting the state-level MTSS leadership team with aligning initiatives, and conducting book studies with state and district personnel to build knowledge of MTSS. In collaboration with participating district personnel, AIR coaches facilitated a MTSS needs assessment and action planning process and provided ongoing coaching supports to school and district leaders, with a focus on developing MTSS infrastructure, including teaming and data-based decision-making processes.
