The MTSS Center conducted a needs assessment to identify the strengths and needs of the school in relation to supporting English Language Learner (ELL). The MTSS Center used the Culturally and Linguistically Responsive (CLR)–Response to Intervention (RTI) Fidelity Rubric which was adapted from the National Center on Response to Intervention Integrity Rubric, staff interviews, surveys, and observations to conduct the needs assessment. Recommendations were identified and shared with the school.
