Sheila Lovato
Sheila Lovato, MEd, provides professional learning, coaching, and consultation to educators and school leaders across the country. Sheila leverages her practical experience to approach her work, acknowledging the importance of realistic and achievable solutions. With an extensive background spanning over 25 years in education, she has taught across multiple grade levels, assumed various roles in higher education and state agencies, and has guided schools and districts through every phase of MTSS implementation. Her expertise encompasses areas such as data-based decision-making, special education, and MTSS at both elementary and secondary levels. She presents regularly at state conferences and conducts statewide, district, and school training sessions on key topics such as schoolwide data literacy, Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, student well-being, and early warning systems for secondary MTSS. Previously, she managed statewide MTSS at the Montana Office of Public Instruction.
